Glory Casino Bangladesh operates under Curacao license №8048/JAZ and welcomes players who are at least 18 years old and reside in territories where online gaming is not prohibited. By registering, every player confirms they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.

General Rules & Account Responsibility

Every person may create and use only one account. Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any attempt to manipulate game results leads to immediate permanent blocking of all related accounts and confiscation of balances. Players are personally responsible for keeping their login details secret and for all activity performed under their account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the player’s own name. Glory Casino reserves the right to request identity verification at any moment, but verification becomes mandatory before the first withdrawal. Standard documents include government-issued ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Until verification is complete, withdrawals remain on hold, but deposits and gameplay continue normally.

Bonus Policy

Bonuses are optional gifts and can be cancelled upon player request. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, game contribution percentage and validity period clearly shown before activation. Bonus money and real money are used separately – real balance is withdrawn at any time without affecting the bonus. Abuse of bonus systems (including minimal-risk wagering patterns) will result in bonus cancellation and possible account restrictions.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Players may set personal limits for deposits, losses, wagers or session time directly in their profile. Cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 months and permanent self-exclusion are available instantly upon request. During self-exclusion, the account is closed for new deposits and bets, but remaining real balance can still be withdrawn.

Dormant Accounts & Fees

An account is considered dormant after 12 months of inactivity. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳500 (or currency equivalent) may be deducted from dormant accounts with positive balance after 18 months of inactivity until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in again.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Any complaint must first be sent to support within 14 days of the incident. If the issue is not resolved within 10 working days, players may escalate the matter to the Curacao eGaming Authority. Glory Casino commits to cooperate fully in every dispute.

Changes to Terms

The casino may update these Terms at any time. Players will receive notification via email and in-site message. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
